Blokhaus letting marks Leeds’ largest out of town office deal for 2014
PROPERTY firm Rushbond has completed what is believed to be Leeds' largest out of town office deal of 2014 after letting a newly refurbished, 24,000 sq ft building near Horsforth to digital marketing agency Search Laboratory.
Blokhaus is a landmark building located in a key commercial area on the Leeds outer Ring Road at West Park.
The building’s unique layout offers a large 12,000 sq ft, contemporary open plan office space on the ground floor with a further four floors of flexible space above.
