Student accommodation firm secures £12.7m loan to deliver new University of Hull development

Kexgill, the student accommodation provider, is to deliver a brand new new development at the University of Hull after securing a multi-million pound investment. OakNorth bank has provided a £12.7m loan package to Kexgill, which now acquire and refurbish 91 houses providing 436 students with accommodation. Most of the houses will be refurbished to five-bedroom en-suites with an average weekly rent of £112.
