Historical city centre building converted into mixed-use development
A three-storey, 18th century property in Leeds city centre is now back in use after practically been rebuilt.
90 Kirkgate, situated close to the Grade-II listed White Cloth Hall, is in the heart of the city’s Townscape Heritage Initiative.
Three divisions of Carter Towler have redeveloped the dilapidated building, which now features a retail unit on the ground and first floors, and offices on the second.
