The Mint offices in Leeds hit the market for £45m

The Mint office building in Leeds, home to Dart Group’s subsidiary Jet2.com, is up for sale with a price tag of £45m, it is understood. According to Property Week, Patron Capital has instructed Knight Frank to market the eight-floor block, which spans 120,000 sq ft of Grade A office space across ground and seven upper floors, and is fully let to Jet2.com. Earlier this year, Jet2.com expanded from its original 70,000 sq ft at the building, taking the remaining 48,272 sq ft. Patron and Knight Frank have not yet released comm...
