Transformation of former hotel nears completion
Developer Newby is set to complete the transformation of its residential rental development The Station, a former two-storey public house and hotel in Ripon.
The rental scheme is due for completion in September 2018.
Closed and neglected for many years, the property on the south side of North Road on the approach to Ripon city centre, has been converted into 15 communal living units for rent.
