Computer software firm snaps up remaining space in city centre building

A computer software provider has taken 2,735 sq ft of space within a Leeds city centre building. Reapit has confirmed a five-year lease on the second floor of Phoenix House. It is the first time since the building was refurbished by owners Wilton Developments that the building is fully occupied.
