Plans submitted for residential development on flooded factory site

Plans have been submitted for a residential development of the former ThyssenKrup factory site on Kirkstall Road in Leeds, which closed after the 2015 Boxing Day floods. The residential arm of Prospect Estates, supported by Loroc Architects, has  submitted outline planning permission documents for the creation of 272 units over four blocks.
