Independent wholesaler snaps up land for new 65,000 sq ft distribution centre
Independent wholesaler, Kitwave, has secured four acres of land for its new 65,000 sq ft northern distribution centre.
Kitwave recently acquired HB Clark, the Wakefield-based wholesaler, which has been trading since 1906. The relocation to Wakefield Hub will support HB Clark’s continued growth and investment in the region.
The deal sees Kitwave join cold chain logistics provider, NewCold, which currently occupies a 420,000 sq ft, 42-metre-high unit at Wakefield Hub.
