Construction firm snaps up 10,000 sq ft of space at Paradigm
A construction firm has signed up to occupy more than 10,000 sq ft of space at Paradigm at Thorpe Park, Leeds.
Wates Construction, the UK-wide contractor for the public and private sector, has taken a 10-year lease to occupy 10,275 sq ft of space on the first floor of the building.
Real estate developer Scarborough International Properties and its joint venture partner Legal & General have announced that they have let the whole of the first floor at Paradigm, Thorpe Park Leeds to Wates Construction.
