Plans submitted for 3,000 homes scheme near Harrogate
Proposals for 3,000 homes and 20,000 sq m of office space for businesses near the A59/A1 and Harrogate railway line have been submitted as part of an outline planning application by CEG.
The site, within walking distance of Cattal and Hammerton railway stations, has been brought forward as a potential solution to meet the area’s housing needs over the next 20 years as part of Harrogate Borough Council’s draft Local Plan.
