Fit out firm lands major office refurb in Leeds Southbank
Fit-out firm Morris & Spottiswood has secured a major contract to transform office buildings in the Southbank business district of Leeds city centre.
The design and build contract at Victoria Place involves a partnership with Box Architects to refurbish three floors at the site. The building, owned by the Medical Protection Society (MPS), is located just south of Leeds Railway Station.
