Planning granted for first residential phase of £200m mixed-use scheme

Plans to build 200 homes at Brough South, the £200m mixed use scheme in East Yorkshire, have been approved. Barratt Homes Yorkshire East has been confirmed as the first housebuilder at the development after planning consent was granted by East Riding of Yorkshire Council. In total, around 750 homes will be constructed over four phases at the retail, leisure and commercial development on the south side of the Hull to Selby railway track.
