Global research company signs for Sheffield Digital Campus

The second floor at Acero, the new office development at Sheffield Digital Campus, has been let to a research company which provides modelling and simulation software to the pharmaceutical industry. Scarborough International Properties and its joint venture partner Metro Holdings of Singapore (Metro) have agreed a 10-year lease of 13,946 sq ft of space at a rent of £24.50 per sq ft with Simcyp, setting a new headline rent for the city.
