Planning granted for £15m city centre residential development
CODA Planning has been give the green light for the first phase of what is set to become one of Sheffield’s biggest non-student city centre residential developments.
Sited on the corner of Chatham Street and Mowbray Street, the 5-9 storey development will create a landmark building at the gateway to Neepsend in the popular Kelham Island area.
