Developers have launched the second phase of a multi-million business park refurbishment in Sheffield after letting 60% of the site this year.
ARBA Group's redevelopment of the 70,000 sq ft Meadowhall Business Park has attracted high profile tenants including Tuffnells Parcels Express, which is relocating its headquarters to the former council-owned site at Carbrook Hall Road, adjacent to the city's new IKEA development.
