Multi-million pound Sheffield development opens its doors

A Grade II listed property, a former presbytery built in 1878 which was turned into offices in the 1980s, has been redeveloped into an £8.8m student accommodation development. The scheme by Clegg Construction for Empiric Student Properties has seen 107 rooms created at Provincial House in Solly Street in Sheffield's St Vincent’s Quarter.
