The former Jubilee Hotel in Leeds is to begin a new chapter in its 113-year history after being snapped up at auction for £1.9m. The property, which sold £400,000 above its asking price at Allsop’s October commercial auction occupies a prominent position on The Headrow and directly opposite Leeds Town Hall.
