Transformation of landmark city centre building nears completion

Work to transform a landmark Grade II listed former office building in Leeds city centre into 26 one and two bedroom apartments is nearing completion following a major investment by private developer Khalsmith. Pearl Chambers, which used to be known as the Pearl Assurance Building, has a statue of the life insurance company’s president and founder, Patrick James Foley high up on the building.
