Work starts on £3.6m Ilkley office development

Construction is underway on a £3.6m 30,000 sq ft office scheme in West Yorkshire. The three-story, high-quality office development with surface level car parking is being built on a site off Lower Railway Road in Ilkley for Leeds-based development company Oakapple. The contract is the latest project that building firm CPUK Group has been appointed to deliver for the developer.
