Planning approval has been given to create a 75,000 sq ft mixed employment space over two key sites in West Yorkshire, creating some 200 jobs. Keyland Developments, the property trading arm of Kelda Group and sister company to Yorkshire Water, has secured planning consent from Kirklees Council which will unlock two former treatment works sites at Colne Bridge and Bradley.
