Specsavers sets sights on landmark mixed-use development
Opticians Specsavers has signed a deal to take space in the landmark mixed-use Merchant Gate development in Wakefield.
Specsavers has taken 3,059 sq ft of Grade A office space at 2 Burgage Square.
Knight Frank advised the landlords, the English Cities Fund (ECf), a joint venture between Muse Developments, Legal & General and the Homes & Communities Agency.
Merchant Gate comprises Grade A office buildings, prime retail and leisure facilities, 66 residential flats and a new public square.
