Business centre plans for historic building

An historic building which has been empty for three years is to be given a new lease of life as a business centre. Malik House Business Centres has bought the Grade II listed Harrison House in Halifax. The new owner, which has centres in Bradford, Leeds and Blackburn, intends to divide the 14,500 sq ft building into around 30 office units.
