Distributor doubles size of premises at former steelworks site
MEI Brakes, the Sheffield-based distributor of commercial vehicle products, has doubled the size of its premises at 58 Newhall, the iconic former steelworks site that Strawson Property has transformed into a business hub.
The expansion of the MEI premises is part of an extensive 14 month 12-acre regeneration project that sees it take immediate occupancy of a bespoke designed 20,000 sq ft warehouse facility and an additional 5,000 sq ft office suite constructed.
