Construction of £10m primary school begins

Work on a £10m primary school in Huddersfield is underway. Kirklees Council has appointed BAM Construction to create Beaumont Primary Academy in Huddersfield, which has been funded by the council. The scheme follows the completion of the 420 place Royds Hall Primary School building, which BAM has also delivered, and before that, a new Huddersfield Leisure Centre.
