£25m Glassworks development opens its doors
Student accommodation provider IconInc has launched its £25m development The Glassworks in Leeds.
The six storey development comprises 150 apartments and features include a gym, sauna and steam room, as well as communal areas, home cinema, a courtyard with glamping pods, and extensive kitchen space.
The Glassworks follows on from IconInc’s first luxury development, The Edge in Leeds.
