Developers Castleford Riverside Regeneration have submitted an outline planning application for a major residential site at the former Nestle base. The company along with consultancy HOW Planning has submitted plans to Wakefield Metropolitan Council for the site, which could deliver 1,400 new homes. Retail, offices and a hotel have also been included in the application.
