Multi-million pound apartment scheme plans put forward for 150,000 sq ft derelict mill

Plans to redevelop the iconic Conditioning House in Bradford, which has been derelict for almost 30 years, into apartments and offices have been unveiled. Leeds-based property developers Priestley Homes has announced plans to transform the building into 133 luxury apartments, Grade A office space, gym and cafe. The 150,000 sq ft Victorian mill, formerly the main testing building for all wool, is the only one of its kind in the UK.
