Consumer services sector dominates Leeds city centre take-up

The consumer services sector has dominated total city centre take-up in Leeds, comprising 27% of the total in the first half of 2017. According to GVA’s latest Big Nine report, the key city centre deal in quarter two was the sale of 46,000 sq ft to Project Primrose at 6 Queen Street, with the company moving a number of jobs from London.
