Derelict former Leeds hospital site set for 500-home redevelopment
Work to deliver more than 500 homes and 100 jobs at the former Seacroft Hospital site in Leeds is underway.
The major mixed tenure development is being delivered by Keepmoat Homes and Strata in partnership with HCA (Homes and Communities Agency) which saw the companies gather on site this week to mark the ground-breaking ceremony which will kick-start a revolutionary six-year project.
