Multi-million pound, 100,000 sq ft industrial park extension underway
Property investors EV Waddington are investing £6.3m in a major expansion of their Sheffield industrial and manufacturing park.
The Vantage Riverside Business Park has secured an additional £1.9m grant from the European Regional Development Fund, managed by the Department for Communities and Local Government. With it, EV Waddington has already commenced on the structural steelwork of the expansion.
A total 110,000 sq ft is being added to the site for SME occupiers as part of plans to transform the former brownfield land.
