Listed Leeds landmark attracts seven tenants
The Leeming Building in Leeds has become the new home of seven businesses since opening its doors in April following an extensive refurbishment.
The scheme, which now has 70% of the space either let or under offer, has attracted two new businesses to Leeds - Cream Consultancy, a PR company previously based in Barnsley, and LA Marzocco a producer of handmade Italian coffee machines.
Other occupiers include two specialist recruitment companies, Amsource Technology and Catalyst, two design agencies, Analogue and Common Room Design,...
