The Leeming Building in Leeds has become the new home of seven businesses since opening its doors in April following an extensive refurbishment. The scheme, which now has 70% of the space either let or under offer, has attracted two new businesses to Leeds - Cream Consultancy, a PR company previously based in Barnsley, and LA Marzocco a producer of handmade Italian coffee machines.
