Maiden letting for industrial park after multi-million pound refurbishment
Developer and asset manager Langtree has let the first unit at Orbital Industry Park in south Leeds since its multi-million pound refurbishment.
Insta-Hire, which provides plant and tool hire to the construction sector has taken a 7,206 sq ft unit on a five-year lease .
A further unit at the Hudswell Road site is under offer, with a third subject to final negotiations. Neighbours on site include Lonestar, Birch Distribution and Brewers Decorator Centre.
