Hotel in Leeds city centre gets green light
Consultancy HOW Planning has been given the green light for a 94-bed easyHotel in Leeds city centre to replace a vacant retail unit.
The 14-22 Lands Lane site adjacent to Angel Inn Yard will be a ‘super budget’ four storey hotel.
Plans include the full change of use of use of the site, formerly home to a women’s fashion retailer, to create a new easyHotel including 94 ensuite bedrooms, staff facilities and a ground floor entrance lobby and reception.
