Property firm to become latest tenant at Leeds city centre offices
Specialist property consultancy Grant Fieldhouse is set to become the new tenant of an office at York Place in Leeds city centre.
Acting on behalf of a private landlord, Leeds-based property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall let the 900 sq ft, ground floor office on a five-year lease.
Nick Exley, landlord of the building, said: “I am delighted to have Grant Fieldhouse as the new tenant at York Place; an ever-popular part of the city for local businesses.”
