The fourth phase of the major regeneration of a 13 acre site in West Yorkshire, which was derelict for many years, has been completed and is already fully let.
Park Valley Mills site in Lockwood, Huddersfield is owned by Holmfirth Dyers and has been transformed into a business park, featuring 18 industrial units with office and storage space.
The revamped site off Meltham Road is creating new jobs and regenerating the area, the owners said.
