Former Leeds college site set for commercial redevelopment

Work has started on an 80,000 sq ft trade park development on the site of the former Thomas Danby College in Leeds. Bridge Estates' £9m scheme will transform the five acre site on Roundhay Road in north Leeds into a new trade counter destination - College Trade Park. Stainforth Construction has been appointed to build the development which is expected to complete by November 2017. The new development has already attracted a range of businesses with pre-lets secured on six units to Edmundson Electrical, Selco, Screwfix, Tools...
