Plans in for seven storey development on former motor retailer site
Sheffield property developer Crossbow Ventures has submitted plans to Sheffield Council for 50 apartments in the Kelham Island area of the city on a former motor retailer site.
The seven storey development, previously home to Carr Motors, has been designed by Sheffield's CODA Studios, working with the council planning department.
