Second pre-let for mixed-use scheme on former Spooner factory site
A second pre-let has been secured at a mixed-use scheme on the site of the old Spooner factory in Ilkley.
The 9,000 sq ft deal on Mayfield Road brings the amount of space let up to 67% and comes one month after developer Oakapple announced the first letting to SmartSearch.
The letting which represents a third of the total office space, is to Ilkley-based OnePay, a specialist in alternative worker payment solutions for employers and recruitment agencies.
