A Skipton-based developer has made an outline submission for a mixed-use development on the outskirts of Settle in North Yorkshire which it claims will promote job creation in the area. Candelisa says plans for Anley Crag Business Park on land to the south of Settle, between the A65 and the B6480, would include more than 114,000 sq ft of business centre, hybrid units and general industrial space.
