Developer hails strong first quarter with £61m order book

Leeds-based partnership housing developer Lovell has made a strong start to 2017 with a forward order book exceeding £61m, which it has attributed to new contracts with housing association partners and land-led developments  across Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and the Humber. The company has just started work on a recently purchased site in Chapel-en-le-Frith, building a £12m development of 47 homes on the edge of the Derbyshire Peak District.
