Leeds business park fully let as final deal secured
A final letting of 4,880 sq ft at Leeds Valley Park in Leeds has been secured, taking the site to full occupancy.
CBRE’s Leeds office agency team, acting on behalf of Harbert Management Corporation (Europe) LLC and XLB Property, secured the deal with an existing occupier.
The park is now fully let, hailed as a success for XLB and Harbert Management Corporation (Europe), which acquired three buildings at Leeds Valley Park in December 2014 as part of a larger UK portfolio from Goodman.
