Interior design firm invests £750,000 in relocation
Sheffield commercial interior design company Ovo Spaces is investing £750,000 in a relocation to Victoria Quays.
The company, currently based on Brightside Lane in Newhall, is converting a warehouse overlooking Sheffield’s Canal Basin into 4,000 sq ft offices.
The grade II-listed warehouse was built around 1816 but became derelict by the 1990s and the move is expected to complete by the end of summer 2017.
Ovo said it would be looking for tenants to occupy its current HQ, based in the former Midland Hotel premises
