Green light for manufacturing park set to create hundreds of jobs
Harworth Group has secured planning for major manufacturing site at the former Kellingley Colliery which it says could generate several hundred jobs.
The brownfield regeneration specialist has secured a resolution to grant planning permission at the 151-acre site in North Yorkshire, formerly home to the deep coal mine.
It said the development once completed would provide up to 1.45 million sq ft of manufacturing and distribution space.
