Development of 12 acre industrial scheme gets underway
Work on a 12 acre industrial scheme in East Yorkshire has got underway with developers confirming its first pre-let.
Howdens Joinery has signed up to 8,000 sq ft on a 15-year lease at Broadhelm Business Park, a joint venture between York-based Helmsley Group and Pocklington-based Broadvale Developments.
The development is due to be completed in July, with trade counter and industrial units available from 1000 sq ft to 10,000sq ft and opportunities for larger development requirements.
