Phase three completed at Advanced Manufacturing Park
Work has now been completed on six new speculative ‘R-evolution’ units at the Advanced Manufacturing Park (AMP) in Rotherham.
The new units, totalling 56,549 sq ft, across three acres constitute the third phase of Harworth Group’s ‘R-evolution @ The AMP’ development.
Over 100,000 sq. ft of space constructed in 2014 and 2017 as part of phase one and two of the project is now fully occupied by a range of businesses including X-Cel Superturn, Metalysis, Spendor Audio and British Steel.
