Lettings success for distribution warehouse

Bibby’s Wakefield distribution warehouse which it acquired in 2015 is proving to be a popular location for office occupiers, as the surplus 10,000 sq ft office block that sits on the front of the site is almost full.

Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust is the latest tenant to take space within the building having agreed to take two suites earlier this year.

It has taken 2,753 sq ft if space in the building leaving only the final suite of 3,580 sq ft remaining.

Peri, a formwork and scaffolding engineer specialist, also took space in the building to house its northern technical team.

WSB Property Consultants are the agents for the scheme which can accommodate requirements of around 3,500 sq ft.
