Plans put forward for city centre build to rent scheme

Plans have been put forward for a 300-home build to rent scheme on the edge of Leeds city centre. London-based developer Neighbour is seeking approval for the development in the Saxon Gardens district, which includes one block rising to 8-10 storeys and another  12-14 storeys tall, Construction Enquirer reported.
