A fire compliance and software company in Nottingham has been sold to a global design and manufacturing business, which sells specialist detection products to the fire industry. LAN Control Systems (LCS), which is owned by founder Adam Welton, has been acquired by FFE, which has its headquarters in Hitchin, and offices in the USA, Dubai, India and China.
