‘Turbo-charged’ deal sees two Derby property companies form alliance
AKS Residential, founded by managing director Andrew Sanderson two years ago, has moved from its Pride Park offices into Professional Properties’ home on Ashbourne Road.
Sanderson says that the partnership will "give greater power" to both companies’ respective sales and lettings services.
He said: “Professional Properties has a sales arm but is primarily a lettings agency which has been around 20 years and is very well established.
