462-bed student block gets thumbs up

How the new scheme will look
Plans to build a Nottingham city centre student block that will be 12 storeys high have been approved by Nottingham City Council’s planning bosses. The scheme, which will house 462 students across 118 apartments was delayed in July after concerns over views of the city’s castle. The Vantage will be built and operated by Future Generation and will be 172,000 sq ft. An Autumn  start date had been mooted. It is not known if this will be pushed back....
